JOEL L. BODEGON
JOEL L. BODEGON is Managing Partner of the Firm. He was born on 18 August 1948, in Donsol, Sorsogon. He graduated Salutatorian in the elementary and secondary school levels; obtained his Bachelor of Arts (1970) and Bachelor of Laws (1974) from the University of the Philippines; and Bachelor of Ministry, Union Theological Seminar. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1975.

EDWARD M. ESTORNINOS
Partner for Administration
EDWARD M. ESTORNINOS is Partner for Administration. He was born on 10 June 1951, in Manila, and finished his elementary and high school at the Colegio de San Juan de Letran. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (1970) and Bachelor of Laws (1974) from the University of the Philippines. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1975, and immediately became the Legal Officer of the National Manpower & Youth Council (now TESDA) until he became Regional Director for Region 7. After three years, he shifted to the private sector and established his own firm engaged in nationwide cargo forwarding and delivery.
He is involved in professional and civic organizations such as the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, the Sigma Fraternity and the Sigma Rho Council. He is member of the Alabang Country Club, Inc., Palms Country Club, Tagaytay Highlands and the Punta Fuego Club.
He is active in church ministry as he joined and has become member of the Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, St. James, the Great Parish, Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City. He is Coordinator of the Family Encounter #10, St. James Renewal Movement.
ADOLPHO M. GUERZON
ADOLPHO M. GUERZON was born on 11 February 1951, in Bangued, Abra. He graduated with High Honors at elementary and secondary schools. He obtained his Bachelor of Art (Political Science, 1970) and Bachelor of Laws (1974) from the University of the Philippines. He admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1975, with an 83,75% average in the Bar examinations. He was legal researcher (1975), Teodoro Padilla Law Offices; Associate Attorney (1975-78), Zerrudo & Calling Law Offices; and the Ledio Perez & Pangalangan Law Offices (1978-1983); solo practice (1991-03); and Name Partner (2003-2006), and Managing Partner (2006-08), Manalo Puno Guerzon & Jocson Law Firm. He is Legal Counsel of the Katipunan ng mga Artista sa Pelikulang Pilipino at Telebisyon. He served as General Counsel for various labor unions and labor relations consultant for several corporations.
He is active in professional organizations as the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), the Sigma Rho Fraternity and the Sigma Rho Alumni Council. He was IBP representative (1998-2001) to the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board.
OSCAR L. GOZOS
OSCAR L. GOZOS was born 0n 12 September 1950, in Lipa City. He graduated Salutatorian in the elementary from Our Lady of the Rosary Academy, and with Distinction in high school at the De La Salle University in Lipa City. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (1971) and Bachelor of Laws (1976) from the University of the Philippines. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1977. He was Associate Attorney (1977-1978), Villafuerte Zamora & Associates Law Offices; Partner (1978-1986), Marquez & Gozos Law Offices; and Partner (1986-1990), Manalo Puno & Gozos Law Firm. He was elected and served as Member of the Provincial Board of the Province of Batangas (1995-2001); Congressman (2001-2007), Fourth District of Batangas; and City Mayor of Lipa City (2007-2010).
He is involved in professional and civic organizations such as the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), where he was Past President, IBP Batangas Chapter, and the Rotary Club International, where he was Past President; Rotary Club of Lipa City South, Lipa City and District Secretary, Rotary International District 3820; Sigma Rho Fraternity, where he was the 1975 Grand Archon; and the Sigma Rho Alumni Council, where he is the current President.
LINUS V. MADAMBA
LINUS V. MADAMBA is Partnership Secretary. He was born on 29 November 1982 in the City of Manila. He finished elementary and high school at Bloomfield Academy of Las Piñas City. He obtained his degree in A.B. Economics (2004) from the University of San Carlos (Cebu) and his Juris Doctor Degree (2011) from the University of the Philippines College of Law. After he was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2012, he served as a Senior Associate with SGV & Co. under its Tax Advisory and Advocacy Group conducting tax due diligence, advising clients on a broad range of tax matters, and handling assessments from the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Thereafter, from 2013 until 2015, he worked as an associate with De Guzman San Diego Mejia & Hernandez Law Offices where he was exposed to civil, criminal, and labor litigation as well as arbitration proceedings before the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission.
He was also briefly exposed to energy law practice when he worked as an associate with Lachica & Associates in 2015. Linus joined the Firm in 2015 as an associate handling civil, criminal, and labor cases as well as proceedings for corporate rehabilitation. He was promoted to Senior Associate in 2016 and thereafter to Partner in 2018.
He currently serves as Corporate Secretary or Assistant Corporate Secretary of clients of the firm.
